Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer shipping across Canada through Purolator and Canada Post. Customers can choose their preferred carrier at checkout.
- Quebec City: FREE shipping
- Rest of Canada: FREE shipping on orders over 120$CAD
- Orders under 120$ CAD: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping company selected. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to you.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
