Refund policy
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only accommodate changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, but you may return it following our return policy below.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be in their original condition
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hijabs
- Accessories
- Sale items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your items back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
